Orders & shipping

How do I return my order?

Simply email us or use our contact form to start a return or an exchange. Must be returned to us within 14 days. Products must be in their original condition with the swing ticket attached. Please return garments in the original mailer bags and boxes they were sent in, both of which can be reused. Gift cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Delivery charges for returns or exchanges are not covered by us.

All orders can be returned within 14 days.

Once we receive your order, returns or exchanges will be processed within 5-10 business days.

Are there any shipping costs?

Shipping within Australia: Free standard shipping for all orders over $350, $9.95 standard shipping, $16.95 express shipping.

Shipping within EU: Free standard shipping for all orders over €350, €8.00 standard shipping, €21.00 express shipping.

Shipping within UK: Free standard shipping for all orders over £350, £10.00 standard shipping, £50.00 express shipping.

Can I still change my order?

If you want to change your order, please send us an email to info@avenue95.com. We will see what is still possible.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a track & trace code by mail. This way you can track your order.

Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours before the track & trace is available. Can't track your package after 48h? Please send us an email to info@avenue95.com and we will contact the shipping company.

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely, we can ship garments in both Australia and Europe. Shipping rates are dependent on your location which you can check on the shopping cart page. Please note that customs and duties for shipping to the UK are not covered by us.

What if my order hasn't arrived or has arrived damaged.

Please contact our customer service team at info@avenue95.com and we will chase it up for you.

Do I have to create an account?

No, you don't have to create an account. However, we strongly recommend that you create an account so that you can take advantage of the various benefits it offers. How do I change my account password?
